Jana Firestone
Therapist, author, podcaster, presenter, commentator and keynote speaker.
Jana Firestone is a therapist, author, podcast host, media commentator and interviewer who has built a career at the intersection of psychology, storytelling and entertainment.
Holding a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Master of Counselling, Jana has spent almost two decades working as a therapist across private practice, schools, child protection, victim support services and with elite athletes. But while therapy is her profession, pop culture, reality television and entertainment have become her playground.

Part therapist, part storyteller and part entertainment obsessive, Jana Firestone brings depth, personality and sparkle to every conversation.
She doesn't just interview people; she gets them talking.
As the host of the popular Pop Therapy podcast, Jana has interviewed some of Australia's most respected and recognisable figures across television, sport, literature and entertainment, earning a reputation for conversations that are insightful, disarming, funny and refreshingly human. More recently, she has carved out a unique niche in the American entertainment landscape, interviewing talent from the Bravo universe and collaborating with some of the biggest reality TV and pop culture creators in the United States and Canada.
A familiar voice and face across print, digital, radio and television media, Jana is known for her ability to take complex human behaviour and make it relatable, entertaining and accessible. Whether she's unpacking the psychology behind reality TV's biggest scandals, interviewing celebrities on a red carpet, hosting live events, moderating panels or leading compelling on-air conversations, she brings warmth, intelligence, humour and a sharp observational lens to every audience.
Splitting her time between Melbourne and Los Angeles, Jana combines the credibility of an experienced therapist with the instincts of a seasoned broadcaster. Increasingly recognised as a fresh voice in television and entertainment media, she has recently been considered for a significant Australian network presenting opportunity. Quick-witted, engaging and well connected across the continents, she is equally at home interviewing household names, hosting live television, fronting radio segments, moderating live events or creating content that connects with audiences around the world.
